North America Sales Director – Animal Nutrition BU (F/H)

As a member of our recently established Operational Leadership Unit, you lead the business development strategy of the animal nutrition category for our TIMAB Magnesium USA subsidiary in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Your primary activities:

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the launch of new animal nutrition products in the US and Canada while maintaining critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead project deliverables by applying insights into the US/Canadian market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and customer needs/behaviors
  • Develop direct client relations and distribution channels, increase our engagement with them, and measureeport on the efficacy of these actions.
  • Management of a 6-person sales team

  • Highly independent and able to successful manage priorities
  • Willing to travel from 30 to 50% of your time throughout the USA and Canada
  • The desire to establish your career and to invest in the long-term growth of our Group and our US Magnesium Subsidiary

Our ideal candidate has :

  • Agricultural Degree (Animal science, Animal nutrition) or Veterinary Degree (Preferred – Ruminant Health, Animal Nutraceuticals, Veterinary Nutritionist)
  • 4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy, New Product Launch, Market Entry, and/or Business Development
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering robust business development and marketing strategies and achieving market growth in a large and complex market segment
  • Awareness of the French business culture + language (will help you stand out- not required)
